We arrived at this Rental property to see that when the kitchen fitter squeezed this kitchen in they did not add the metal edging strips to protect the end of the worktops but they had not due to a lack of space.
As you can see from the images the cooker burners had scorched the wooden worktop. We do not know how this property passed inspection unless this was a recommendation ???
We added the metal strips and cleaned the worktops so now it is protected.
Job done properly
