EDPM Rubber Roofing
EDPM Rubber Roofing is a far superior replacement for the older style bitumen based products. Unlike the Bitumen based products the Rubber will not breakdown over time, it does not become brittle and actually moves with your roof as the timbers expands

Traditional Felt
Depending on the size of the roof this could still be the cheaper initial purchase and depending on the thickness of the felt it will need replacing every 5years. this solution is designed for those on an immediate budget.

Composite Tiles
Light but strong slate lookalike which is ideal for structures that require a lower roof loading. These are a cost effective solution for any new build or refurbishment structure.
